1. Install High Encryption Service Pack 6a from this location:

Note: If you only have Internet Explorer 2.0 installed on your system, this download will be unavailable to you. Use another computer to download the file.
2. After the installation of SP6a is finished, install the lateset version of Internet Explorer from this location:

Note: If you only have Internet Explorer 2.0 installed on your system, this location won't give you a possibility to download a new version of Internet Explorer. In this case download the following file on another computer: http://download.microsoft.com/download/ie6sp1/finrel/6_sp1/w98NT42KMeXP/EN-US/ie6setup.exe Then run it on your system.

Windows 2000
Install High Encryption Pack from this location:
