  • Client Services Support Specialist – Fairfield CT

    The Client Services Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Premier Services team of Foundation Source’s Client Services department. S/he will support a team of seven (and growing), presently including two Senior Directors; two Directors; two Associate Private Client Advisors; and our Operations Specialist. The Premier Services team focuses on approximately 50 of Foundation Source’s highest revenue generating clients and their board members, staff, financial advisors, and other trusted counselors

  • End-User Support Specialist – Fairfield CT

    The End-User Support Specialist’s role is to provide quick diagnosis and resolution of end-users’ technical problems. This includes: installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all PC hardware and software to ensure optimal performance of the desktop/laptop environment. The position requires an associate’s degree or equivalent job experience, and a minimum of 2 years performing end-user support in a Microsoft Windows environment.

  • Philanthropic Director – West Coast

    Serve as an expert regional resource to Foundation Source clients, advising them on all aspects of their philanthropy, to help them consider options, organize and manage their charitable activities, and ultimately, achieve greater focus, impact and reward from their foundation’s activity.

  • Business Development Advisor – Fairfield CT

    Essential Function: Outbound calling to prospective clients to identify and distribute qualified sales leads for prompt action.

  • Managing Directors (2) – California and Midwest

    Managing Directors (MDs) are the outside sales force for the company and generate much of the company’s new clients and new revenue each year. New business is generated through self-sourced opportunities generated by the MD directly with foundation managers and wealthy individuals in the marketplace or through the development of client advisor relationships with wealth managers, bankers, attorneys, accountants, and other centers of influence. In addition, Foundation Source maintains and develops a growing number of institutional partnerships with financial services firms, banks, brokerage houses, private banks, trust companies, wealth management firms, family offices, and other service providers. MDs leverage these partnerships for access to client advisors for the development and cultivation of new Foundation Source client relationships. The MD is part of a team of Managing Directors, Philanthropic Directors and Inside Sales team members who provide business development coverage to regions across the US. The position reports to the company CEO or to the national head of sales.
