For each client, Foundation Source provides a password protected, customized web site that serves as the foundation's control center: a central point of access for managing the foundation from anywhere in the world. It simplifies communication and collaboration among those involved with the foundation; provides instant access to foundation records and granting activity and facilitates the "practice" of philanthropy.

- Direct Access: One-click access to "Find a Charity," our online database of IRS approved charities; "Make a Grant," our online grantmaking system; and "Alerts," providing important messages from Foundation Source.
- Summary of Foundation Assets: Provides a snapshot of foundation asset balances, including cash assets available for granting and transactions in process.
- Tracking and Status of 5% Distribution: Displays where the foundation stands in meeting its annual 5% distribution requirement.
- Grant Activity by Individual: Provides an overview of activity for each person authorized to make grants on behalf of the foundation.
- Grant History: A detailed log of all foundation grants, including name of charity, grantor, amount and grant status, with sorting and grouping features.
