Relationship Manager
The Relationship Manager is responsible for:
- Initiating and maintaining sales contacts with prospects
- Analyzing, qualifying, and ranking leads using established guidelines
- Distributing qualified leads to field sales for purposes of market maintenance and penetration
- Cold and warm calling prospects to identify business opportunities for pursuit by field sales
- Qualifying and distributing inbound calls and emails
- Closing deals as appropriate over the phone
- Communicating appropriate information to management and field sales personnel.
This position reports to the head of Sales and Marketing.

Associate Private Client Advisor
Private Client Advisors (PCAs) are the single point of contact for 50-80 private foundations and their board members, staff, financial advisors, and other trusted counselors. The Associate Private Client Advisor (APCA) helps to provide support to a group of high net-worth clients, assisting in guiding them through all aspects of Foundation Source services. The APCA is responsible for assisting the PCA with the retention of the company’s clients by responding to client questions and requests and for engaging the full resources of the company in delivering ongoing support and services.
An ideal candidate would have spent time providing high-level administrative support at a family foundation, financial services firm, or similar experience.

Foundation Source Design Internship Opportunity
Are you a design student, digital designer or studio artist looking to get tons of hands-on marketing design experience? Love Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign? Not terrified of HTML, process-print color discussions or crazed marketing people? Interested in seeing what really goes on behind the scenes of print, online and social-media marketing? If so, you’ve found the summer internship of your dreams.
And speaking of social media, an intense interest in Facebook and Twitter is a must for this gig.

We serve more than 1,000 privately-funded charitable organizations, doing incredible things like funding socially-conscious documentaries and spreading math literacy. We work with some of the most ambitious philanthropists, lifting the day-to-day hassles of running a foundation so they can make a real impact. Requirements: One day a week (flexible) on your end, plus your awesome design skills and sensibilities. You’ll be asked to get your digital hands dirty with layouts, logo design, some very basic web design and random design needs that come through our department. P.S. If you are interested in HTML5 animation, you’re our new best friend.
Compensation: $10/hr, college credit (if applicable).
