Foundation Source takes care to ensure that such aggregated information does not include any personally identifiable information of, and is not traceable to, any user of our Website.

Corporate Transactions:
As we continue to develop our business, we may participate in certain corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, and it is possible that another entity or person may acquire Foundation Source Philanthropic Services, Inc. or the business assets comprising Foundation Source. In such case, User Information may be shared with the potential acquirer and/or other reputable parties in connection with such corporate transactions.

Children:
Foundation Source is a commercial business web site and is neither designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of thirteen should not provide any information on this Website.
Security:
We employ commercially reasonable technical safeguards to store and maintain User Information to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction by any unauthorized party. These protections may include the use of technology to encrypt certain information as it is sent to us over the Internet and the restriction of access to registered users' data by means of User ID and Passwords. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties:
Foundation Source will use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of User Information. Foundation Source will have no liability for disclosure of User Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties including interception of email sent/transmitted to Foundation Source by the Client via the internet.
CORRECTION OF INFORMATION:
If you have registered at Foundation Source, you can add to or update your account information at any time by contacting your Private Client Advisor or going to the "My Foundation" tab (see "edit personal information"). If you ask that your account be deleted, you will not receive any promotional materials from Foundation Source or any third party as described by this policy based on User Information you have provided to Foundation Source through the Website.
PROMOTIONS:
To the extent any special offers are provided by Foundation Source, you have the right to select the "opt-out" option during the registration process or at any time afterwards. You may "opt-out" by clicking the box marked " I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE SPECIAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM FOUNDATION SOURCE" when you register for an account or at any time afterwards by going to the "Special Offers" area of the Website.
