William Mahone

William Mahone is a Managing Director of Berkley Capital, LLC, the private equity investment group of W.R. Berkley Corporation. Mr. Mahone has been actively engaged in the private equity business since 1988, when he left Willkie Farr & Gallagher to become Vice President and General Counsel of Interlaken Capital, Inc. Mr. Mahone became a Managing Director of Berkley Capital upon its formation in 2002.
Mr. Mahone currently serves on the Board of Directors of Foundation Source, Spectrum Corona Energy LLC, FSV Payment Systems, Inc. and Technology Investment Partners LLC. He was an organizer of The Greenwich Bank & Trust Company, and a director from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Mahone is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Law School.
